There’s nothing more annoying taking time to write a message to a website, only to have it ignored. Unresponsive websites can be more damaging than boring ones. Be sure that when you get positive feedback to respond with gratitude. If you get negative feedback, be sure to address it quickly, and with grace. A good response to bad feedback will generate good will on the part of the customer. Good will equals good word of mouth, and good word of mouth equals more website traffic. |
